Toddler Play Time

Every Wednesday from 11:00am-12:00pm the gym is open to the community for parents and children [toddler through age 4].  Families from around the Valley are welcome to come play together in our great gym, featuring an indoor "bouncy house" and many other exciting toys. Come to play and meet other families in our community! Tip: come early because it fills up fast!

Children's Museum of Skagit County - Free admission days!

The Breazeale Interpretive Center (offices, exhibits and fish tanks) is open to the public Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00 to 5:00 - closed on official State holidays.

Skagit Valley Horseshoe Club
Location: Skagit River Park Horseshoe Pits 1796 Whitmarsh Rd. Burlington WA
Come and join us on Tuesday nights for practice. Everyone is welcome. We use a handicap system for scoring so it doesn't matter what level you pitch at. Our members love to help out new pitchers. Most of us are parents and Grandparents and love teaching young people and getting them started in a great sport that is a lot of fun for the whole family. If you don't have horseshoes of your own we have plenty of extra sets that you can use to get started.

Museum of Northwest Art
The Museum of Northwest Art strives to collect, preserve, and interpret the art of the Northwest. Their growing collection includes over 2,500 contemporary art objects from the early 1900s to the present day. They regularly offer Family Art Days and tours for schools and youth groups.

Skagit Valley Academy of Dance
Classes for everyone from 2.5 years old and up! Tots class teaches Development of motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and basic Ballet technique through creative movement. Soothing Waters Swimming Lessons
Parent-Child classes are offered for children ranging from about 3 months to about 3 years. In these group classes, your child will build an association between water and enjoyment and will experience opportunities for social, intellectual, emotional, and physical development. The Soothing Waters outdoor, salt water pool is privately located and is heated to between 90 – 95 degrees depending upon the service provided. (beginning swim lessons are also available for ages 3+)

Deli Lama Wilderness Adventures
Deli Llama Wilderness Adventures invites you to join us on unique treks into the High Country of the Cascade or Olympic Mountains. Each of our adventures is custom designed for groups of six to eight guests, offering an intimate experience with nature. You are provided with tents, cooking gear and all meals, beginning with lunch the first day and ending with lunch on the last day. Our adventures are designed for anyone in reasonably good physical condition. Guests ages 4 through 86 have enjoyed our treks and the opportunity to travel unencumbered with our llama companions.
